A full manufacturing execution system on monday.com: production tracking, quality control and live dashboards. Built by an Authorized monday.com Partner.

Most small and mid-sized manufacturers run production on a patchwork of spreadsheets, whiteboards, email approvals and "go ask the workshop." Orders slip between departments, nobody's accountable for how long a job sits, and when a customer asks "where's my order?" someone has to walk the floor to find out. monday.com fixes this but only when it's built around how your factory actually works.
No live visibility. You can't see which stage each order is at without asking people.
No accountability. Jobs sit for a day in a department because no one owns the clock.
Manual approvals. Drawing sign-offs bounce around email and get lost or delayed.
No real numbers. You can't see time-per-stage, cost or profit per order to make decisions.
Not a to-do list a connected production system covering your whole floor, from the order landing to the label printing.
Every order moves through your real stages machining, assembly, QC, finishing, packaging with automatic timers that show exactly how long each job spends in each department.
Track stock on linked boards with low-stock alerts, and keep counts in sync with your other systems through Make and Zapier so you're not managing stock in a separate silo.
A dedicated QC stage logs who checked each item and the pass/fail result before it moves on so quality is recorded in the same system as production, not on paper.
Send drawings to customers with one-click approve/reject built in. Approvals update the board automatically; rejections capture the reason no more lost email threads.
See orders received, average time per department and per person, and revenue, cost and profit the numbers you need to make decisions, updated in real time.
Connect WooCommerce, accounting and other tools with Make and Zapier so new orders land on monday.com automatically one source of truth, no double entry.
Client: a UK manufacturer of made-to-order electric fireplaces and media walls (name withheld for privacy). Every unit is custom-built, so each order runs through six production stages before it ships.
The master board is the single source of truth. New WooCommerce orders land on it automatically with all their details no manual entry. The team creates the CAD drawing and sends it to the customer through an automated approval email with the files and Approve / Reject buttons built in.
Approve, and the board updates itself and the order moves to the machinist board. Reject, and a form captures exactly why, logs it to the order, and marks the drawing "Rejected" for revision. Once approved, the job flows stage by stage machining, assembly, quality control, spray, packaging.
At each stage, moving a job to "Working on it" starts a timer automatically and stops it on completion. Quality control records who inspected each unit and the pass/fail result. The master board reflects each order's live stage, and a customer enquiry form on the website lets buyers check their own order an automation looks it up and replies with the current stage.
Approvals are now near-instant instead of lost in email. Because every order lands on monday.com automatically, jobs stop falling through the cracks and customers get an order status without anyone walking the floor.
Figures are the client's own reported results from this build. Your results will depend on your process and volumes.
Yes monday.com can run a full production workflow when it's set up correctly. It won't replace a heavy MRP system for complex material planning, but for small and mid-sized makers it delivers the thing most factories are actually missing: live visibility and accountability from order to dispatch, at a fraction of ERP cost and complexity. Here's where it fits and where to be realistic.
We learn your process first then build monday.com around it, not the other way round.
We map your production stages, departments, approvals and the numbers you need to see.
We architect the boards, timers, QC and dashboards reviewed with you before we build.
We build it and connect your store and tools via Make and Zapier into one live system.
We train each department so timers and updates become habit, and the data stays accurate.
