Important Note: Codex Solutions International does not provide any API for any app. Our services are limited to automation setup, workflow design, integration configuration, and consultancy. Any API access or usage remains the responsibility of the respective application or platform provider.

To request deletion of your data, email info@codexsolutionsint.com. We will process your request promptly and delete your data permanently within a reasonable timeframe, except for data retained for up to 7 days for operational purposes.

9. Refund Policy & Service Terms

No Refund After 24 Hours if the purchased code is in use or 24 hours have passed since purchase.
Endpoint Availability: We only support endpoints listed on our website's "Supported Endpoints" section.
Custom Requests: Additional modules or modifications are reviewed case-by-case and may incur extra costs.
API Credentials: We do not provide any API Key or App Credentials for any app. There will be no refund in such cases.

Third-Party Services We Use

1. monday.com

Used as the primary platform for workflow automation, integrations, and application functionality. Our application interacts with monday.com APIs only to execute user-defined workflows and automation processes. No unnecessary data is stored or processed beyond operational requirements.

2. Retell AI — retellai.com

Purpose:

Authenticate requests between our application and Retell AI
Initiate, manage, and process AI-powered phone call actions
Communicate with Retell AI API endpoints for executing voice workflows and retrieving call-related data

We only share the minimum data required to perform call execution and workflow automation.

3. MongoDB Atlas — mongodb.com

Purpose:

Secure cloud database for storing operational application data
Stores encrypted configuration settings, metadata, and essential system information
Ensures encryption of data both at rest and in transit

MongoDB Atlas is used strictly for backend data storage and is not used for analytics, tracking, or marketing purposes.

4. jsDelivr CDN

Purpose: Delivery of monday.com SDK frontend library
Usage: Loads the official monday.com JavaScript SDK required for application functionality
Data Shared: None (used only for static file delivery)

5. Folk CRM

Used to create, retrieve, update, and delete people and companies as requested by the user. MongoDB Atlas is used to store the minimum application data required for the integration to function. monday.com APIs and SDK are used to authenticate requests, execute integration recipes, and update monday.com board data.

The application does not use any third-party analytics services, advertising platforms, marketing trackers, or profiling services. No data is shared with third parties for advertising, analytics, marketing, or any financial purpose. All communication with third-party services is solely to execute the automation requested by the user.
