Real Build for Padel Courts

How We Built a Reputation Engine for Padel Courts

Here's what we built and connected for padel courts: every match played automatically becomes a review request, every 5β˜… becomes public proof across social media, and every complaint gets caught and handled privately before it ever goes live.

Built for padel courts WhatsApp, Email & SMS ready Auto-posts to Instagram, Facebook & TikTok
The Problem

Courts get booked out. Reviews don't follow.

A padel club can be fully booked every weekend and still lose to a competitor with more Google reviews. Without a system, feedback only happens when someone is angry enough to post it themselves.

70%+

Happy Players Stay Silent

Someone plays a great match, pays, and leaves. Nobody ever asks them to say so publicly.

#4

Spot Lost Per Star on Maps

Fewer recent reviews means lower placement when someone searches "padel near me."

0

Warning Before a Bad Review

A slow court, a broken racket, a booking mix-up. It goes straight to Google with no chance to fix it first.

Zero

Social Content Between Bookings

Front desk staff are busy checking players in, not designing Instagram Stories.

Hidden

Great Reviews Sit Unused

A glowing 5β˜… review lives on Google alone and never becomes marketing material anywhere else.

Manual

Follow-Up Falls to Staff

Texting players individually after every match doesn't scale past a handful of courts.

The Solution

A reputation engine that runs itself after every booking

Built on top of your booking system. No app for players to download, no dashboard for staff to remember to check.

How It Works

Five steps. Zero manual follow-up.

01

Trigger: Match Played

The moment a booking is marked complete in your court-booking system, the engine picks it up. No staff involvement needed, it connects directly to your existing platform.

02

24-Hour Review Request

A day later, the player gets a short, personal message on WhatsApp, Email, or SMS, whichever they respond to best, asking how their session went.

03

One-Tap Rating

The player taps a star rating from 1–5 directly in the chat. No app, no login, no link to click through first.

04

Smart Routing

5β˜… goes straight to your Google review link. Anything below 5β˜… (a slow court, a booking issue, poor equipment) is kept private and routed to AI for recovery instead of going public.

05

Reply, Recover, or Repost

Positive reviews get an on-brand AI reply within minutes and are auto-published as social content. Negative feedback gets a personalized AI response, a discount coupon, and an internal alert to your team, with nothing going live without your knowledge.

Where the Rating Goes

Two paths. One protects your reputation, the other builds it.

The 5β˜… Path

Public Proof

1Redirected straight to your Google review link.
2AI writes and publishes an on-brand reply within minutes.
3Text reviews become an Instagram Story; photo reviews become a video Story.
4Reposted to Facebook and TikTok as branded social proof.
The 1–4β˜… Path

Private Recovery

1Kept off Google and every public platform entirely.
2AI captures what went wrong and replies with empathy.
3A 10% discount coupon or QR code is issued for their next booking.
4Your team is notified with full context: internal and customer-facing feedback both logged.
The Honest Answer

Can a reputation engine actually work for a padel club?

Yes, when it's built around how bookings actually happen. It won't write your reviews for you or invent enthusiasm that isn't there. Here's where it fits, and where to be realistic.

This is a great fit for

  • Clubs with a booking system that marks sessions "complete"
  • High volumes of repeat, short-cycle bookings
  • Catching service issues before they become public reviews
  • Turning good reviews into ongoing social content
  • Multi-channel outreach across WhatsApp, SMS and Email

Where to be realistic

  • It won't fabricate reviews, it only asks people who actually played
  • Google's own review policies still apply; nothing here bypasses them
  • Complex loyalty or CRM logic pairs with this rather than replaces it
  • Staff still need to act on the internal alerts it sends
What It Delivers

How It Solves the Problem, Court by Court

Made for padel courts businesses Channels: WhatsApp + Email Posting: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok

Every court booking triggers a review request 24 hours after the session ends. A 5β˜… rating routes to Google, then auto-publishes as social content. Anything less stays internal: the AI replies with a personalized message and a 10% discount code, and your team is notified with the full context so nothing reaches the public without their say.

Flow and outcomes reflect the system as configured for a padel courts business. Your results depend on booking volume and player response rates.

How We Work

From Booking Flow to Live System

We map your booking platform first, then build the system around it, not the other way round.

01 Β· Discover

Map the Booking Flow

We learn exactly how a session gets marked complete in your system, and which channels your players actually respond on.

02 Β· Design

Design the Routing

We set the star-rating thresholds, reply tone, coupon rules, and social channels, reviewed with you before anything is built.

03 Β· Build

Connect & Automate

We connect your booking platform, WhatsApp/Email/SMS, Google, and your social accounts into one automated flow.

04 Β· Adopt

Train the Front Desk

Staff learn how internal alerts work so recovery coupons and negative feedback get acted on, not ignored.

FAQ

Questions padel courts ask most

Does a bad rating ever go public?

No. Anything below 5β˜… is routed privately to your team and handled by AI with a recovery offer. It never touches Google or your social channels.

Which channels can send the review request?

WhatsApp, SMS, and Email are all supported, and it's fully customized to whichever channel your players actually use. If you only run WhatsApp, it sends only on WhatsApp. If you run all three, it can fall back from one to the next automatically.

Where do 5β˜… reviews get posted?

Straight to your Google review link first, then automatically reformatted as an Instagram Story, a Facebook post, and a TikTok post, each sized and styled correctly for that platform.

How does it handle photo reviews versus text reviews?

Every review type is handled differently by design. A text-only review becomes a branded Instagram Story with the quote laid out on your own template. A review with a photo attached is turned into a short video Story automatically, and can also post as a Reel.

Are the AI replies actually customized to our courts?

Yes. Every reply is generated using your business name, your courts, your staff, and your tone of voice, professional, casual, or playful. Nothing sounds generic or copy-pasted, and reply rules can differ for 5β˜…, 4β˜…, and anything 3β˜… or below.

Does this replace our booking system?

No, it connects to whichever booking system you already run and triggers off the "session complete" event for each court. It's an additional layer, not a replacement.

Can we approve replies before they go live?

Yes. Owner approval mode is available, so every AI reply and every social post can be sent to you for a quick review before it publishes, or left fully automated if you'd rather it run on its own.

What happens if a player doesn't respond?

One gentle follow-up is sent automatically after two days on the same channel. If there's still no response, it closes out quietly. No player is ever chased more than once.

Can it run in more than one language?

Yes. Review requests and AI replies can be configured in any language to match your players, and different courts or locations can each run their own language and tone.
