Matching providers are notified by SMS and email the second a lead comes in, with a link to claim it — no manual dispatching required.
Contact details locked until payment
Providers only see limited lead details until they complete a secure checkout on a time-limited payment link — the first to pay gets the full contact information.
Fair rotation with automatic discounting
If a provider doesn't respond in time, the lead automatically passes to the next provider in rotation, making sure no one gets the same lead twice in a row. After a few unclaimed rounds, the price automatically drops — 10% off, then 20% off — to keep the lead moving instead of going to waste.
Handles edge cases automatically
If no provider covers a lead's zip code, the team is notified instantly to handle it manually or outsource it. If a lead goes unclaimed through every round, it's automatically marked as lost, so nothing falls through the cracks unnoticed.
